Lateral filing offers a great way to store files. These files come in a large selection of colors and sizes. Most of the files that we carry are manufactured by Global, Hon, Carmel, Office Specialties, etc. They come in 30”, 36” and 42” widths, and 2, 3, 4 and 5 drawer heights. We also have access to pre-owned filing.
Vertical files offer space saving options. They are not as wide as lateral files, but are much deeper. They are available in letter and legal sizes and also come in 2, 3, 4 and 5 drawer heights. Many color selections are available.
Fireproof lateral and vertical files can be supplied as well. Our company stocks brands such as Fireking, Schwab and Sentry. They are the best way to secure your valuable records and they have a UL rating of 1 hour on fire and impact.
Pedestal filing adds extra storage for your office area. These cabinets can either be manufactured to wheel under your desktop or be permanently fastened. This type of system comes in 2 or 3 drawers and many colors are available.
Storage cabinets and wardrobes are 36” wide. Coats, hats and office supplies can be stored on adjustable shelves and coat hooks. Also, we have open and closed shelving units in custom sizes for those tight closet and back room areas. Some of our stocked brands are Sandusky, Hon and Global.
Locking Multi-Media units are available for confidential business records. We have filing selections for CDs, VHS tapes, DVDs and Microfiche.
The Medical profession today requires a tremendous amount of filing even in this time of the “paperless office”. Patient privacy is a major concern, so we offer locking high density filing. These systems run on floor tracks and are so thin that they take up half the space of conventional lateral files, but hold a lot more.
Blueprint cabinets are still available for architects’ and builders’ drawings and plans. They come in various drawer configurations and widths.
Lockers can be supplied for schools, gyms and other environments. Full and half lockers are available in steel. Give us a floor plan of your space, and we will design a layout which will maximize your use of the space. Tennsco is our most popular brand of lockers.
